We recommend the frequent public busses from Aarhus and Billund airports directly to Aarhus. They are quick, reliable and run every hour. The price of a taxi is 10 times the price of a bus ticket.
If you ever need to find public transport connections between two places, we recommend that you use Rejseplanen.dk which will provide you with a few options for travelplans, based on time, date, and where you will be travelling from/to. (Language options is Danish, English and German)
If you arrive at Aarhus Trainstation, there will be a shopping center to one side of the arrival and to the other side you'll find the exit, where you'll be close to a few of the City Hotels like Oasia, Ritz, Mayor etc. as well as the central bus street and shopping street right across from the station.
Bus 925X runs from Aarhus Airport to Aarhus Central Station. The bus departure schedule aligns with the arriving flights. The fare is 115 DKK / 16 Euro one way and the travel time is approximately 50 minutes. Tickets for the bus will be sold on the bus.
You can pay with the following payment cards, if the card has a chip: Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron, V Pay, JCB, China Union Pay and American Express. Apart from DKK the follow currencies can be used (only notes): EUR, GBP, USD, NOK, SEK and CHF.
Find the bus just outside the arrivals hall. Get off at Aarhus Central Station.

You have to take a bus and a train to get from Aalborg Airport to Aarhus. You have to take a bus from Aalborg Airport to Aalborg Train Station. Here you can take bus 12 (towards the university) or bus 70 (towards Aalborg bus terminal). The bus stop for both busses is named Aalborg Bus Terminal. Tickets for the bus will be sold on the bus. The fair is 22 DKK / 6 Euro. Then you have to take the train towards Copenhagen/CPH Airport. You can find terminal information at the screens placed near the terminal. You have to purchase a ticket before you get on the train. This can be done at one of the DSB stands or at https://www.dsb.dk/. The fair is 186 DKK / 25 Euro on way and the travel time is approximately 2 hours.

Bus 912X runs from Aarhus Airport to Aarhus Central Station. The bus leaves once every hour, costs 160 DKK/ 22 Euro one way, and takes around 1 hour and 30 minutes. Tickets for the bus will be sold on the bus.
You can pay with Danish cash (kroner), or with cards that have a chip: Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron, V Pay, JCB, China Union Pay and American Express.
Find the bus on the left side of the parking lot when you exit the arrivals hall. Get off at Aarhus Central Station.

At Copenhagen Airport you’ll need to catch a train. You can find terminal information at the screens placed near the terminal. You have to purchase a ticket before you get on the train. This can be done at one of the DSB stands or at https://www.dsb.dk/. The fare is 388 DDK / 52 Euro one way, and the train ride takes around 3 hours and 5 minutes. Please notice that you might sit in a train where you have to change trains at Copenhagen Central Station.
