Bora Bora strives for creating a safe space for everybody working at and visiting Bora Bora. We ask everyone to respect and act in accordance with our Ethical Guidelines. However, this is a work in progress, please give us your feedback if you have any.
Each of us are responsible for building an atmosphere of respect and safety together.
Everyone has the same right to speak and act but also the duty to consider others.
We want to create a safe work environment where we wish to talk with each other, not about each other, also when there´s friction. If you need us to help facilitate a difficult conversation, please inform your own manager and the executive producer at Bora Bora, Kasper Egelund.
Don't accept any kind of discrimination or harassment and strive for dialogue when in doubt. We don't tolerate racism, transphobia, homophobia, ableism, sexism or any other oppressive behavior or language. Try not to make assumptions about anyone's identity, background or ability to function.
Respect other people's physical and mental personal space.
There’s zero tolerance to alcohol and drugs when we work.
All smoking and vaping is outdoors.
If you are feeling sick, contact your own manager or the venue’s producer to coordinate further actions.
If there is something we should know about, please contact the executive producer or executive director at the venue or your own manager.
By offending these guidelines you will be excluding yourself from the venue.
Bora Bora commits to:
Informing all guests, artists and staff about our Ethical Guidelines.
Treating all visitors, artists and staff fairly.
Making room for special needs.
Taking all reports of discrimination or harassment seriously.
Being respectful and learning from the feedback we receive and taking it into account in our own activities in the future.
Safety:
We prioritise safety first. Please help us sustain a safe work environment for everybody by taking time to consider your actions.
In case of emergency or if you are in need of first aid, let our staff know.
When there's an audience in the house, crisis management is done by the responsible technician and host. Follow the instructions given by them.
Crisis communication on behalf of the theater to the authorities and press is done only by executive director Lotte Kofod Ludvigsen.
This is our shared work place, please be our co-worker during your stay.
